I am a retired USAID Foreign Service Officer, having served in Hungary, Slovenia, Honduras, Peru, and (as a contractor) Costa Rica, as a Private Enterprise, Program, and Project Development officer. For the past 10 years, I have worked on recruitment of Private Enterprise Officers for the foreign service and have helped develop and have managed a series of Economic Growth training courses. Prior to joining USAID, I was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Cote d'Ivoire and a Fulbright Scholar in Ecuador. My BA degree is from Kent State University, and I have an MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins SAIS and an MS in Management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Sloan Program.
