Dr. Mark Gellerson is a USAID foreign service officer with over 20 years experience working on development issues relating to economic policy reform and energy development. He is currently a member of EGAT's energy team. He has a PhD in economics from Syracuse University and has worked on long term assignments for USAID in Pakistan, Egypt, and India.
